Amazon RePricing: Even more control & transparency
- Optimise BuyBox smarter - fee jumps in easyBox RePricing are now automatically taken into account 💡, which has a direct impact on the margin calculation. Find out more in our Using gaps in sales fees effectively.
- Bulk edit: Filter for ‘Missing rules ’ - Process all items without a price rule 🔍 in one go with mass processing. Validation of B2B quantity discounts** - Ensure that B2B quantity discounts are stored correctly ✅ - even before uploading to Amazon.
- Optimisation log with competitor prices - Instead of just the name of the competitor, the price against which the optimisation was carried out is now also displayed - for maximum traceability 📊 of the pricing strategy.
- Upload quantity 0 prices via JSON feed - Thanks to the new JSON feeds, the quantity no longer incorrectly jumps from 0 to 1 - an old Amazon ‘peculiarity’ in the price-quantity TSV feeds. Therefore, we now also upload prices for MFN items with quantity 0 - with low priority via JSON feed, while the rest is processed as usual at high speed via the Listing Item API as a patch.
- More efficient Listing Item API patch uploads - Extensive optimisations ensure an upload process that is twice as fast ⚡ and more resource-efficient!
eBay RePricing: Improvements & new features
- Old Finding API with problems - The Finding API is cancelled, but the Browse API does not allow the same capacities 😱. With great effort, we have found a solution to the dilemma with the Finding API. Originally, the API was supposed to be shut down on 5 February, but eBay has now postponed the deprecation itself. Thanks to our forward planning, we are prepared for all eventualities and have a fallback solution ready 💪!
- Search for all supported countries - The search filter by country now includes all countries supported by us. 🌍
- Price upload by ID and/or SKU for individual items - It is now possible to upload prices not only by item ID or item ID & SKU (for variants), but also for non-variant items by SKU or SKU + item ID 🎯. This is particularly practical for retailers who continue to use their item IDs to take sales with them.
HelpDesk: More automation & better usability
- Customised statuses for support cases - Huge update! 🎉 In addition to the standard statuses ‘New’, ‘In progress’ and ‘Done’, you can now create your own statuses - this means full flexibility 🛠️ to customise the HelpDesk to your way of working, even in the Kanban board view.
