On March 10, 2020 Amazon made it possible for Dutch customers to shop from millions of products across more than 30 categories. “It is our mission to offer our Dutch customers a vast selection, low prices and a convenient experience and we are committed to working hard every day to meet their high expectations,” said Alex Ootes, Vice President EU Expansion at Amazon. Thousands of retailers have already registered to sell on this new platform within days of the new launch.
